| 1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all sales by us (the Company) and any variations or additional terms must be expressly confirmed in writing by the Company#.
2. Prices
Prices are as per the advertised rates at time of sale. The Company reserves the right to increase the advertised rates without notice. All purchases prior to any change of rates that remain in transit will be at the rates on the day of purchase. All prices include for delivery within the UK. EU countries and international deliveries are charged at the rates advertised (except where stated in delivery information).
3. Risk
The risk in all goods shall pass to the Customer at the moment of receipt at the address specified by the Customer.
4. Payment
Payment for the goods must be received by the Company prior to dispatch.
5. Property
Property in the goods shall pass to the Customer once the Company has received actual payment for the goods.
6. Copyright
All images remain the copyright of Paul Heard with all rights reserved. In the event that a copy is required of any company product please contact the artist in writing to obtain permission. In the event that a customer is sold any company product or any other product containing company images from anywhere outside of the company web site or craft fair outlets please inform the company as soon as possible. A reward for information leading to prosecution of any counterfeiters/intellectual thieves will be due on successful completion of legal proceedings.
7. Jurisdiction
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, sales are made subject to English Law.
8. Original Artwork
On purchasing an original work of art from the Company, the Customer will, in addition to the artefact, also receive a signed letter from the artist describing the piece and the history behind it and confirming that the piece is original.
9. Statutory rights
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as consumers.
10. Currency rates
Goods sold overseas are subject to exchange rate fluctuations and are sold based on their local currency value as compared to their quoted price in British Pounds.
11. Damage liability
Save as described in our returns policy and save in respect of death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Company, the Company shall not remain liable to the Customer for any consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profits or otherwise) third party claims, losses, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation which arise out of or in connection with the supply of the goods or their use by the Customer except as expressly stated in these conditions.
