Where goods are proved to be defective at the time of delivery, the company will replace the goods as promptly as possible without charge and will reimburse the Customer for any expense involved in the return of the defective goods.
Any goods returned to the company must have a returns number issued by the company. This number must be clearly displayed on the packaging of any goods returned.
If the customer wishes to cancel the order then the company must be informed in writing within 14 days of purchase, at which time a returns number will be issued so that goods can be taken back into stock. Goods damaged after receipt will not be refunded. Returned goods must be dispatched, carriage paid to reach the company in packaging equivalent to that in which the product was delivered (to prevent damage during return transit) with the return number clearly displayed. On receipt of the returned goods in re-saleable condition a refund will be provided.
