All prices quoted on the web site are inclusive of delivery within the UK.
EU or international deliveries are subject to additional carriage charges as
set out below:
EU countries please add £3.50
Countries outside the EU please add £10.00
Deliveries will be made by Royal Mail Parcel Post or a courier service
contracted by the Company.
Additional charges will only be made should unforeseen delivery costs arise
outside the scope of a standard courier service (for example outside the UK,
a delivery location 3 miles from the nearest road or on a desert island).
Any extra charges will be notified to you (the Customer) prior to dispatch.
All goods ordered by the customer will be dispatched immediately following
receipt of payment by the company. Please allow 7 days delivery within the
UK following purchase. If the delivery does not arrive after 7 days please
contact the company who will trace the delivery on your behalf.
All prints are delivered in sturdy cardboard tubes. To avoid the prints from
becoming excessively curled, these tubes are too wide to fit through a
standard letterbox. Please be sure that someone is available at the delivery
address to take delivery and sign for the goods. The delivery address can be
specified at the time of order if different from the payment address.
Similarly the greetings card presentation boxes are also too big to fit
through a letterbox so you will also need to arrange a delivery address to
take delivery.
